We usually sell our products through our business partners, so we usually collect no personal information from customers at all. That said, here are the categories of personal information that we might collect under certain circumstances:

We collect this information for both marketing and IT security purposes. Note that this data is aggregated, so your personal information is not exposed.
If you sell our products at your locations or sell us your incredible artwork for our cards, then you are one of our business partners. Here are the categories of personal information that we might collect from you:

We do not knowingly collect personal information from or about children under 18.

To fulfill any other purpose for which you provided your personal information.
In general, we do not sell or share your personal information. We will disclose personal information to business partners to the extent necessary to complete transactions with customers. We may disclose personal information to contractors, service providers and other third parties we use to support our business, such as banks through which we pay artists.
We work with you to maintain accurate personal information for as long as required to accomplish the relevant purpose. Here are some examples:
If you are a customer, you can review and change your personal information by logging into the Website and visiting your account profile page;
If you are a customer and you add personal information to a card, we will store that information until you delete it;
If you are a business partner, we will retain your business contact information as long as the business relationship exists, plus 3 years;
You may contact us to request access to, correct or delete any of your personal information. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect; and
We retain network and information security information for 13 months.
We configured our IT environment to protect your personal information, and selected IT hosting providers that support our approach.
